Extremely high delay in withdrawal

I have requested a withdrawal on the 30th of October and two more on the 1st of November. Today is the 14th of November and my request is still pending. No help came from the live chat, they have just repeated over and over that they have an increased number of transactions. When will it be possible to have my money?

I confirm that the second withdrawal request has finally been processed. I am still waiting for the third transaction, I guess I should expect it any time now since I requested it together with the second one. One month passed.
