Extremely delayed withdrawal

Hello,

November 27th, 2021, I made a withdrawal of 3598 NOK via Crypto transfer. This is almost 3 months ago and ZigzagSport Casino has still not processed the withdrawal! I was hoping to recieve the money before christmas, but now I am happy if I ever get to see the funds again. Every time I contact customer support, I get the same answer that the request has been forwarded to the financial department, but nothing happens. This is unacceptable, and I am very disappointed over this casino.

I would be more than happy if Askgamblers could help me to claim my funds.

This is totally unacceptable. I have now waited nearly 3 months on my withdrawal and your casino replies "Please wait a little longer". I cannot believe that you treat your customers this way. For information, my withdrawal is still "pending", and I am waiting for ZigZag Sport Casino to process it.
