Delaying withdrawal of €1,404


I made two withdrawal requests of €1,404 in total, one withdrawal request of €1000 and the other of €404 both at 19:09 on the the 23.6.2021. I had to make two due to the fact the limit of one withdrawal transaction is €1000. I made these withdrawals to Bank card on 23.6.2021, so far to date I have received one payment of €404 with the other payment still pending even though the two were made at the same time only second apart.

I have asked the chat about the status of my withdrawal request, but they just say that they will process the request in the order of users' queue, in the shortest time.

However, it has now went over the allotted time which they state the withdrawal time frame would be as per their terms and conditions and also stated on askgamblers.com website. I have attached all relevant chat transcripts and also a photo of my account so far in regards to the withdrawal progress.

Just an update and just to be clear the first deposit of €404 has been processed as stated above on the 30.06.2021 and I am still awaiting payment of the €1000 which was requested on the 23.06.2021 at 19:09. I have contacted support of ZigZagSport again and also compla­int­s@e­moo­re.com as they were the complaints email linked with the site (please see attached file/images of chat transc­rip­ts/­con­ver­sat­ions)

I am still receiving the same excuses as before:
Please, wait for your funds a little more. You will receive them. Your request was forwarded earlier to the Financial Department, that process withdrawals. They try their best to process your withdrawal faster.
We are just support team and do not process withdrawals, there is no our responsible, we can just forward requests. I understand your worries, you will receive your funds.
