Zenbetting are trying to claim I violated bonus terms by saying I went over max bet which is incorrect. They are showing me terms for betting in euro, not aud which I was I was betting with. The figures were higher in the bonus terms I received. Max bet was $4 AUD not 3 euro. I had about 2500 in my account before it was "removed for violation" this is disgusting behaviour.

You are absolutely right, the max bet of Weekend bonus is 4.00 AUD or 3.00 EUR. Unfortunately, you made approximately 20 bets of 5.00 AUD.
The max bet exceeding is bonus abuse. Your bets/wins/bonus have been voided and deposit amount was returned to your balance.
You can see bets of 5.00 AUD at the screenshots from the system records. However, you can contact us to request of game history from direct provider.
We consider this complaint unfounded and kindly ask to reject it.

The game I was playing had the button to adjust the bet was directly Next to the spin button and was completely a mistake as soon as I realised I'd accidentally bet incorrectly I changed It back, all my winnings were made while betting within the requirements, if you guys had any decency you'd return my winnings minus the bets I made but it seems your site preys on innocent mistakes like these

If you were a fair casino your automated system would automatically block bets going over max bets according to your terms and conditions like real fair casinos do, your set up with predatory tactics to "confiscate" people's winnings at the slightest were I won't withdraw my complaint in hopes other players will read this and stay away from your underhanded tactics.
