Delayed small withdrawal for one month without explanation

I deposited 100 euros and got 100 euros as a bonus.

I completed the bonus and won 1000 euros.

When I first sent a withdrawal request on 18/2 it got declined and they wanted a picture of me holding the ID. After doing that and making a request again they declined it and wanted phone Bill proof.

I send that on 23/2. Since then they have not processed my withdrawal.

I have played at Yugibet Casino. and I my deposit was 1295€. I made many bets and totally I loss so my balnce in my account is now 1270€.

I got my account verified long time ago and I have tried withdraw. Now the withdrawal requests are not possible. The software says that withdraws are disabled. I have made a withdrawal request first on June 1, 2023.

I have send e-mail many times and I always get the same kind of answers with differen words, like:

I have many times ask the reason or what is the problem but the have not said anything. I haven't played with bonus money at all. I think this have taken too long.

I withdrew 400€ a week ago and was told payments are processed in 48 hrs (multiple times).

When two days were gone I asked again and was this time told that ”they couldn’t tell how long it takes” as it’s ” another department processing it”.

So it’s been over a week and all I get is the same automatic answers but no one tells me WHY the withdrawal isn’t being processed.

I’m bummed cause I liked the casino but this isn’t cool.

I wagered the bonus with 1200e in my account, but the max cashout is 800e, okay.

I made the payment and sent all the documents. However, for 7 days until May 31, my payment was still rejected. I sent more documents that were absurd. For example, a screenshot of how I funded my Mifinity account before the deposit. I don't know what they're for.

Finally, on May 31, I received information on live chat that the account was verified. Since then, the payment has had a pending status, although I was assured that it would take up to 48 hours. I skip the first week, which was fun for support with me, for sending imaginary documents.
