Casino wont process my withdrawal since June 18th

I withdrew 400€ a week ago and was told payments are processed in 48 hrs (multiple times).

When two days were gone I asked again and was this time told that ”they couldn’t tell how long it takes” as it’s ” another department processing it”.

So it’s been over a week and all I get is the same automatic answers but no one tells me WHY the withdrawal isn’t being processed.

I’m bummed cause I liked the casino but this isn’t cool.

Withdrawal delay of 1000 euro with Yugibet

I deposited 100 euros and got 100 euros as a bonus.

I completed the bonus and won 1000 euros.

When I first sent a withdrawal request on 18/2 it got declined and they wanted a picture of me holding the ID. After doing that and making a request again they declined it and wanted phone Bill proof.

I send that on 23/2. Since then they have not processed my withdrawal.

Casino is not answering

Hi,

Yugibet is not willing to process my withdrawals even my account is fully verified and have followed all their rules. The customer service keeps sending excuses to me and first they told that after the withdrawal is approved it’s gonna take 48hrs and the pending withdrawal will be sorted. It’s been over 48hrs and haven’t heard anything from them.

I was reading forums and there is lot of customers who have had the same issues than me. Some people have waisted for a month to get their funds from the account.

Since they have their licence how can you allow provider to act like this. I always have thought that MGA licensed casinos are the most trustworthy, but have had lots of similar issues lately. Hopefully you guys can make something happen to this issue.

Delayed small withdrawal for one month without explanation

I have enjoyed playing on Yugibet for a while and done several deposits and withdrawals, along with a very thorough verification process. It is a great site. Now I've waited almost one month for the latest small withdrawal.

I've asked a couple of times what is holding it up, as withdrawal usually just take a few days. They respond in very vague language, saying "We understand your frustration regarding the progress of the review of your withdrawal. However, we do not have any additional information to share at this moment."

Needless to say, this is not a helpful response at all, even to understand whether this is a legitimate process or just some vague rhetoric to justify a confusing hold-up.

I made a deposit on the Yugibet website, and I happened to win, when I made a 1000 euro withdrawal request for the 1st time on 18.8. First, I was asked for traditional documents (ID card, photo showing my address + bank statement). After this, I was unexpectedly asked for a selfie with my driver's license on 20.8. I took very clear pictures, but these were canceled twice before they finally accepted the picture on August 23. The request for documents didn't end there, but after that they wanted a separate phone bill from me, which was finally accepted on August 26. So I made my last withdrawal request after confirming the account on 26.8, but the withdrawal is still (6.9) in "pending" status. I have tried to find out about the matter both in the chat and also by e-mail, but I have only received the copy-paste below time and time again. Regarding follow-up questions, the casino has even ended the chat in the middle of the chat and logged the entire live chat offline so I can't investigate the matter better.

Withdrawals are disabled and payments delayed

I have played at Yugibet Casino. and I my deposit was 1295€. I made many bets and totally I loss so my balnce in my account is now 1270€.

I got my account verified long time ago and I have tried withdraw. Now the withdrawal requests are not possible. The software says that withdraws are disabled. I have made a withdrawal request first on June 1, 2023.

I have send e-mail many times and I always get the same kind of answers with differen words, like:

"Since the review is being conducted by another department we cannot provide you with an exact time frame on its conclusion. Of course, your comments have been forwarded to the relevant team. Your frustration is understandable, however due to security measures and protocol the relevant department must conduct a thorough review of your account for security reasons. We kindly request your patience and upon any update you shall be notified at once via email."

I have many times ask the reason or what is the problem but the have not said anything. I haven't played with bonus money at all. I think this have taken too long.

I wagered the bonus with 1200e in my account, but the max cashout is 800e, okay.

I made the payment and sent all the documents. However, for 7 days until May 31, my payment was still rejected. I sent more documents that were absurd. For example, a screenshot of how I funded my Mifinity account before the deposit. I don't know what they're for.

Finally, on May 31, I received information on live chat that the account was verified. Since then, the payment has had a pending status, although I was assured that it would take up to 48 hours. I skip the first week, which was fun for support with me, for sending imaginary documents.
