Casino is not answering

Yugibet is not willing to process my withdrawals even my account is fully verified and have followed all their rules. The customer service keeps sending excuses to me and first they told that after the withdrawal is approved it’s gonna take 48hrs and the pending withdrawal will be sorted. It’s been over 48hrs and haven’t heard anything from them.
I was reading forums and there is lot of customers who have had the same issues than me. Some people have waisted for a month to get their funds from the account.
Since they have their licence how can you allow provider to act like this. I always have thought that MGA licensed casinos are the most trustworthy, but have had lots of similar issues lately. Hopefully you guys can make something happen to this issue.
