Not sending withdrawal of 5000 NOK
Hi askgamblers team! I have now been waiting for 4 days for my withdrawal of 5000 nok to be sent from wyns caisno. The casino says they have a maximum of 3 days waiting time, but as is often much much faster. I have previously tried to withdraw from their sister casinos and get exactly the same answer as I get this time. I have attached a picture of what support says time and time again and never get any help except the same thing all the time.
They say "Based on your account review, everything seems to be going well with your withdrawal so far.
The only notable thing is that there has been a delay, and for that, I sincerely apologize.
I fully understand how inconvenient this may be, as our goal is to complete withdrawals much more quickly. We're currently experiencing a high volume of requests, which is causing an unforeseen delay.
But don't worry, it shouldn't be long before you receive an update!
