I claimed 30 Free Spins on a Slot Machine and won $4, so i spent the $4 and won an amount of $1400, i tried withdrawing the $1400 and was told because i was using the money i won from the Free spins i would only be able to withdraw $200 Maximum, i have been waiting 2 Weeks for it to be withdrawn, i had now been told i can only withdraw $150 and then once again told i can only withdraw $175 due to a $25 fee for using the Swift Payment Method yet i was not told there would be a fee for doing so, i am still waiting payment and am unsure on how much i will recieve, this casino has been stuffing me around with the exact payment amount, i think it is very unfair that i won $1400 and was told that $1200 would be lost within the system and i would only recieve the $200 then to be told it will be even less.

The withdrawal for $1400 was limited to a maximum cashin of $200 as a result of the money being won off a no deposit bonus. Because NO purchase is required, and the winnings returned could be sizable, the total winnings on all NO-DEPOSIT bonuses are limited to $200/£100/€150 maximum. Should the Player win in excess of $200/£100/€150 the excess will be removed from the Players account before fulfilling the cash-in.

In regards to the payments of your winnings, a further $25 fee was charged for the withdrawal by swift payments. We have cancelled this withdrawal and made payment of $200 to your Neteller account which will not incur any fees for the processing of the transaction.
