Crazy Vegas Casino - Refusing to process my payment back to EcoPayz without a reason

i am a new member of crazy vegas casino. before registering to this casino i investigated payment options to be sure if i can use my ecopayz account for both deposit and withdrawal. in their web page it was writing ecopayc could be use for deposit and withdrawal. then i registered, deposit and played. i earned 500 us dollars and decided to withdrawal, but ecopayz was not in the list of withdrawal options. i sent an email and requested them to pay my money back to my ecopayz account. after my email they took money from my casino account in 2nd january 2015. but they have not transfer my money. i wrote email, but always same answer received, "we will ask it to our payment department". my documents are ok, it is confirmed.

We do apologize for the delay in processing your withdrawal. Our finance department had confirmed that there was a technical issue with our banking page as it was not displaying Eco Card as a withdrawal option. This was promptly logged with our service provider.

I can confirm that this issue has now been resolved and Eco Card is now available as a withdrawal option. I can further confirm that once the issue was resolved your withdrawal of $500.00 was immediately processed and paid to your Eco Card account on the 1/12/2015 at 4:41:15 PM GMT.

The funds should reflect in your account.
