Withdrawal cancelled for unknown reasons

I completed the wagering requirements 4 months ago. I sent the documents and made a withdrawal of 300 dollars on S23.09.2016. After 10 days withdrawal was canceled. I contacted the Slots of the Vegas they said that the documents were not received. I sent my documents again. Then I received an email

After that, the withdrawal was canceled many times for unknown reasons.
I made the withdrawal 9 days ago, but I think it will also be canceled and will advise me to try to make withdraw my money again.
