Withdrawal still not approved or paid


I have a withdrawal pending since april 16, 2017. The day after I made the withdrawal I was contact by the casino they need an authorization and copy of one credit which I sent immediately. I waited the 10 business days to contact them again as to why my withdrawal still wasn't aproved and again they said they didn't receive my copy's I send. I immediately sent them again to support, documents and cc processing. checked 2 days later and they say they still didn't get them. when I was in live chat I send I just sent them again for the 4th time, please go look and finally they got it and said my withdrawal will be approved. Just now I was in the casino and my withdrawal was still not approved. Live chat checked and said I will send it to get approved and it should be done with 48 hours. I shoud be getting this paid now not just approved . Then it will take another month of fighting with them to get paid. Please help.

I just checked my bank and the wire transfer was there. Thanks for your help and consider this complaint closed. Thanks again

Yesterday I went into live char and they said it was paid on May 17. Well today is 1 week later and I still don't have anything. Why does it take weeks to receive when they said it was paid. We will see. I will post if I receive it.
