Withdrawal still not processed after a week, no responses


I am a new player to this casino, I deposited $50.00 via Bitcoin, and used their current promotion of 300% bonus on your first deposit (with 35x rollover). So with the bonus, I started with $200.00. After some blackjack play ($25 a hand), I checked the bonus rollover meter, and it barely moved. I decided that since it is apparent that the rollover is greater with games such as Let It Ride, I would try that. Well, I got lucky and hit a full house and netted over $700. with my balance over $1,000, i figured I would try some slots. I bounced around from slot to slot, accumulating some nice bonus rounds, then I hit a bonus for $1,200. I played all sorts of games after that (video poker, Caribbean Stud, 3 card, etc). I played through the rollover and I had the winnings in my cashable balance. I played more blackjack and went up and down. Ended up over $2,400 and requested a withdrawal from there (October 4). After I submitted it, the message I received was that they needed to verify my information. I immediately sent them my driver's license and a bank statement hat came in the mail three days prior. The next day (October 5), the Financial Services team responded that my information was successfully verified. the 72 hour wait time had come and gone, and on October 9th, I emailed them asking for an update on how long the processing was going to take. They responded and said they would escalate this to the Withdrawals department because the 72 hour window had passed and I would get an update from them in 24 hours. I still have heard nothing. I emailed them again asking for an update. What I am wondering is, since I am a new player making my first deposit, this may throw up a flag by winning a large amount, but i did not go against any terms of the bonus as there were no excluded games, all you had to do was meet the rollover requirements. I just got on a lucky streak (and it also proves that Slots.lv seems to give players pretty fair games where you can actually win once in a while).

I am a patient person and I understand sometimes there are delays, but they claim Bitcoin is very fast. In the past I have had Bitcoin withdrawals be approved in a few hours. I have never had to wait this long. It looks like they use the same website template as Bovada, so you would think their withdrawal processing would be similar, but that doesn't seem to be the case as I had a withdrawal for a similar amount processed through Bovada in under 24 hours last month.

All I want is an update on why this withdrawal is taking so long. They have sent me several additional bonuses that are now expired because I cannot deposit while this withdrawal is in process. Any help is appreciated.

I just received a call from Slots.LV Player Advocacy. The gentleman I spoke to was very professional and explained the technical issue that delayed my withdrawal being processed. I have received the payment in full.

I still think that waiting over a week to be called is too long (as they give a time frame of 72 hours), but in the end, I am satisfied with the result and will continue to give my business to Slots.LV.

What I have gathered from this is, if there is a short delay with a Slots.LV withdrawal, just give them some time, you will get paid. You will get robotic form answers from their live chat and email, but talking to a live person moves things along.

Account disabled after withdrawal and verification delays despite multiple submissions
My account with Slots.lv has been disabled since February 14, immediately after my $950.78 withdrawal was declined without any explanation. Since that moment, I have complied with every request, submitted every document multiple times, and followed every instruction given to me. Despite this, Slots.lv has provided no meaningful update, no timeline, and no justification for the ongoing delay.

Verification Submissions (Documented and Confirmed):
• February 14: First full submission (ID front/back, ID selfie, proof of address)
• February 14: Two follow‑ups asking if documents were received
• February 24: Second submission / follow‑up with attachments
• February 27: Third submission implied (casino confirms documents under review)
• March 5: Fourth submission (explicit resubmission of all documents)
• March 6: Fifth submission (attachments included again)

Every submission was clear, full‑page, and fully legible. There is no reasonable basis for claiming otherwise.

Despite this, I continued receiving repetitive, generic responses stating that my account was “under review,” with no explanation for why the review was taking weeks instead of the 24–48 hours repeatedly promised by Slots.lv.

On March 6, Slots.lv Financial Services confirmed that my documents were received and forwarded to their Security Team. No reason was provided for this escalation, no details were offered, and no timeline was given. My account has now been disabled for weeks with no transparency and no progress.

For context, I am a verified player on multiple major platforms, including VIP‑level accounts elsewhere, such as BVX (invite‑only). I have never experienced verification delays anywhere close to this length on any other site. The issue here is not my documentation — it is the casino’s lack of communication and failure to follow its own stated timeframes.

Slots.lv declined my withdrawal, disabled my account immediately afterward, and has since provided nothing but vague, repetitive messages. This is not standard practice, and it is not acceptable.

Requested Resolution:
• Completion of the verification/security review
• Restoration of my account access
• Reprocessing of my $950.78 withdrawal
• Release of any eligible funds
