Slot Diamond Reef froze during my bonus on March 17-2024 at around 2:00 pm. I sent photos and asked right away with live chat. I was told send email and photos. I did, half hour later slot fine, my bonus gone with money I won. Its March 21. At least 5 emails about clearing my browser. None about my money .

I trouble shooting immediately after the game froze then did the online chat. Nothing worked, that why I opened my app for slots.lv and the game was still frozen in bonus. When it stopped freezing, a half hour later my bonus had been wiped.
They are never going to acknowledge this fraud.

There was never an attempt to refund me the money lost due to the error of Diamond Reels. Slotslv fixed the slot. So, their advice on how to check my computer or web browser. The same error was on my phone as well. I sent pictures off the slot during the error but nothing from slotslv. I will no longer be a client.
