I made withdrawal request for 1800 euros 26/4/15 via Skrill. Payment has not been processed yet. Worst part is that real game mode doesn't work for me so I cannot get to my account anymore. Maybe it is technical problem but it worries me a lot. I have sent them emails, trying to get contact via live chat and phone. No response at all. There is no customer support available anymore.
