I made withdrawal request for 1800 euros 26/4/15 via Skrill. Payment has not been processed yet. Worst part is that real game mode doesn't work for me so I cannot get to my account anymore. Maybe it is technical problem but it worries me a lot. I have sent them emails, trying to get contact via live chat and phone. No response at all. There is no customer support available anymore. Is that casino dead or what.

I want to re-open my complaint I made in May. My situation hasn´t changed. No money received, no working Playtech software, no access to my account and no response from their support. Curacao gaming authorities said that they have nothing to do with this casino so their licence might be fake. Many casino review sites has blacklisted Golden Galaxy Casino. I quess that this rogue casino still have some kind of action there because their website is open and now I would appreciate if I heard has anyone recently been able to download their software and played there. Or has anyone been contact to their support. For me they do not response at all. I have 1800 euros waiting to be paid. They just stole my money! Blocked my account and doesn´t process withdrawals. It feels like they just disaoppeared with my money! My advise is to stay away from this Casino!

No contact from that Casino. Software does not work. I have sent emails to the Elray Gaming (owner of casino) and Playtech. Waiting their response. I´m quite confused because I see one player review which was made thursday 14/5/15. That player was able to play Golden Galaxy Casino and was contact with live chat. Do they treat me like this because I have winnings there to be paid?

Cannot deposit and cannot withdraw

I had met the wager from the no deposit bonus. I needed to deposit 20 euro to withdraw my bonus of 125 euro. I wanted to deposit with neteller.... refused. I get an error that my neteller account is not found. I wanted to make a deposit with a bank transfer.... not available now. I mailed them a couple of times. First they answered., but not anymore now.

I use 25 no deposit bonus and I turned the casino where the max. amount of money to withdraw 125 USD! Then I deposited with Mastercard as required by the casino before payment withdrawal. Then I verified the account and withdraw the money via bank transfer, because the other options I had no Skrill no NETeller, etc. .. .. but they have not been able to put nothing to do with my bank and they decided give me the money credited manually via Skrill!! then I got the last email from them, and then more are no longer responded to my email I sent almost every other day and wondered what they do for so long with my money! with this casino something is not right, because my withdrawal money has been going on since 19 April this year! please if you can help me or give warning to the casino !! Hello, my name is Tomas Bursa. I've started to play at Golden Galaxy casino using their no-deposit bonus. At first I have tried to withdraw the money without the deposit and casino replied: "Dear Tomas, We are really sorry for the inconvenience. We are glad to inform you that the documents were received and approved. Please note that the maximum that can be withdrawn from the free no deposit bonus is $125. Also, in order to process it a minim deposit of $20 is necessary." Than I made the first 20 USD verification deposit using my credit card and made a withdrawal of 125 USD. That was on 30/05/2014 using their MasterCard withdrawal option. Since that day no one contacted my, I have tried waiting long hours on their customer support chat and sent them multiple e-mails, still with no reply. I know that the amount is not as high, but this is for me a principial matter and I want it solved. With best regards Tomas Bursa

Withdrawal not been processed in 15 days

Hello, I made withdrawal request for 1000€ in 16/5/2014 and it is still pending after 15 days. My earlier withdrawals at this casino were paid properly and almost in time but now it is dalayed.

I have sent them e-mails but no response. Their online support is never available. I have attached screenshot of my pending withdrawals. I really hope that Golden Galaxy is not a scam because my first impression of this casino was pretty good
