Withdrawals declined & account locked with 53,465.23 euro


I deposited on 28th Feb 2017 and I won 1,100 Euro approx. I continue playing and won few amount and also simultaneously withdraw few hundreds in few requests after I had completed my wagering. I have cancelled and withdrawal many of times based on the my winnings and losing the types of games i played. I successfully received 9 of my withdrawal request with total of 5,300 USD ( I had requested in Euro as my account is in Euro)

I had also requested another 4,600 (approx.) in few requests and continue playing. I won 22,475 Euro by playing Halloween fortune II ( please refer screen shot 1 and 2) and my account was upto 30,378.63 Euro. I continue playing with win and losses with other games . I won 2 big winnings by playing Halloween fortune II of amount 29,940 Euro (screen shot 3) and 30, 830 Euro (screen shot 4). My account was total of Euro 53,465.23 excluding the pending withdrawal of Euro 4,600.

With continue to my withdrawal pending of 4,600 Euro, I had requested another 10,000 Euro and on the next day all my pending requests were declined including pending withdrawals total of 4,600 Euro . When I checked with the support team, I was informed monthly request withdrawal was only 9,990 Euro . So the online chat support suggested the total amount should not exceed 9,990 Euro in a month. The I requested another 4,450 Euro on 13th March 2017 and that is less than 9,990 Euro including the total amount already received of 5,600 Euro.

On 16th March when I tried to login, I found my account was locked. When I checked with the support team on email, they informed me that my account is under ‘’ Risk and Fraud’. After follow up with the support team they informed me to contact them on first week of April 2017. In between I tried sending email to the specific id (vipcl­ube­n@c­asi­not­rop­ez.com) on 29th March and 2nd April 2017 and both the emails were bounced back. I wrote another email on 2nd April 2017 to regular support (suppo­rt@­cas­ino­tro­pez.com) and they yet to respond back. This means my email to the VIP ID is also blocked by them.(attached email bounce copy) I called up on 3rd April , and they are unable to provide any update. I am worried here because my email ID is blocked and this is first sign of something not correct.

I have attached the photo taken from my mobile for the winnings . I kept this in mind based on the review I read somewhere where the casino was clamming for no winnings and the player was unable to provide any proof. I have also attached the email communication.

I want to wait for few more days for the casino to response but blocking the email id is not fair.

Note – My amount/ withdrawal mention is approx. figure I have no access to casino account.

Hi

I received 4000 euro yesterday but not received any email reply to my earlier emails. I tried login to my casino tropez account yesterday and today but still it is locked.

So i had pending withdrawal earlier 4600 euro (approx) and i have received 4000 Euro. I have still 54k (approx) in my account.

Please update me regarding my account status and rest of the amount

Delayed payment of $3100 NZD
I had trouble from the beginning with this casino i was told that my bonus became “stuck” i have never had this issue before. After successfully verifying myself. On 09/09/20 i placed a withdrawal request for the amount of $3100 NZD waited the 72 hours pending period. 12/09/20 comes around I am informed that my withdrawal was accepted and will be processed and in my account between 4-7 working days. That was fine so i waited. 16/09/20 rolls around I am told the amount of $3100 failed due to wrong banking details (this was after pending period and a couple of days) so in order for me to use another withdrawal payment method i had to deposit using another payment method for it to become an option for me. So I used skrill because the payment time was the quickest and on the 18/09/20 i recieved email saying that it was processed and i will see the amount in my skrill account within 24hours. 24 hours went past but there was still nothing so I email to ask what is going on they then advise me it will be processed in another 1-2days and then 24 hours after that i should recieve it in my bank account. How do we go from within 24 hours to almost 4 days just to process it when it states 24-48hours or when they told me it would be in my account within 24 hours.

I am not happy and i also will never use this site again. It has been such a headache going backwards and forwards. How does my deposit get to them through skrill instantly or in less then 10 mins but when they need to process withdrawals it takes days?

I have been super patient, very understanding and kind but it has been almost 2 weeks now.

Giving me a run around for $100
I ave exhausted my options to successfully communicate with casino Tropez in hopes to recover my money that i had deposited on October 24th . I have submitted my last verification documents on November 18th and complied with all of their demands and rules. But all im getting is a run around. In any attempt to find out as to when my withdrawal will be processed im getting: "we have forwarded your concern, and we are still verifying your documents..." or something in between those lines. The Casino mislead me to make a deposit in the amount of $100 under wrong pretenses (offering and not issuing initial bonus). At which point i requested immediate withdrawal so I could have a game at a more honest casino. During a support chart it became evident that the casino did not offer any bonuses and I was told to make a withdrawal if i wanted to. I certainly did that. The promised 4 day withdrawal time turned into many days more, when I went to check on what had happened, my withdrawal returned back to the casino. I spoke to the support and submitted documents on the 17th, and to their demand more on the 18th of November. Now its been 3 weeks since they were to "verify" my documents to process the withdrawal. I have been trying to talk to that organization some sense, but like i said earlier, they are giving no answers or taking any responsibility for their actions. The email that i got again today to my request to process the withdrawal contained yet again an old attempt to feed me nonsense: (Hello Yarina, This is Lotty from the Support Team. We are awaiting for the response of the relevant department about your concern. Rest assured you will be informed as soon as we have the information.) this been going on for weeks now.... the relevant department hasn't answered for weeks and after numerous attempts from me. please help me to deal with that organization Thank you in advance Yarina
