Delayed verification in order to delay withdrawal
I enquired on 26/27 April as to why I couldn't withdraw my winnings. VIP Manager told me to send proof of ID and Address. Kept trying but could enter through there site. When enquired was given Internet address to go to. Just kept reverting me back to casino site. Eventually given email address to send to. Told withdrawals take maximum of 7 working days. After 3 days told ID verified but POA not accepted as it did not show corners/sides of document. Took photo, resent. Declined again after a few days as it was now older than 3 months. Sent copy of newer one - receipt confirmed by VIP Manager. And I now also had to say why address had changed since I started playing years ago. That was 8 days ago. Every time I enquire about this, II get told it has not been approved by the relevant department, that the query had been escalated or that I will be notified by email.
This is obviously a delaying tactic.
When I ask who I can talk to about this I get told I am communicating with the correct people.
I am so frustrated. What do I do?
