Giving me a run around for $100
I ave exhausted my options to successfully communicate with casino Tropez in hopes to recover my money that i had deposited on October 24th . I have submitted my last verification documents on November 18th and complied with all of their demands and rules. But all im getting is a run around. In any attempt to find out as to when my withdrawal will be processed im getting: "we have forwarded your concern, and we are still verifying your documents..." or something in between those lines. The Casino mislead me to make a deposit in the amount of $100 under wrong pretenses (offering and not issuing initial bonus). At which point i requested immediate withdrawal so I could have a game at a more honest casino. During a support chart it became evident that the casino did not offer any bonuses and I was told to make a withdrawal if i wanted to. I certainly did that. The promised 4 day withdrawal time turned into many days more, when I went to check on what had happened, my withdrawal returned back to the casino. I spoke to the support and submitted documents on the 17th, and to their demand more on the 18th of November. Now its been 3 weeks since they were to "verify" my documents to process the withdrawal. I have been trying to talk to that organization some sense, but like i said earlier, they are giving no answers or taking any responsibility for their actions. The email that i got again today to my request to process the withdrawal contained yet again an old attempt to feed me nonsense:

this been going on for weeks now.... the relevant department hasn't answered for weeks and after numerous attempts from me.
please help me to deal with that organization
