My withdraw of 2500 is still sitting on my account since January and still has not been approved for payment . Would like an update on the approval and expedited payment from the casino ... I did email support but have no return update from them ... don't think it should take this long to approve the withdraw from last month

I've gotten to the bottom of what's happened here--it took a bit, as there were some very confusing notes attached.
The reason you did not receive your full withdrawal is this: You made a $50 deposit and used a coupon (BITMANIA). The coupon carried the following terms:
450% Deposit Bonus + 100 Free Spins on SNOWMANIA
All allowed games
30 / 60 Playthrough
10x Max Cash-Out
Redeem: BITMANIA
You'll see that there is a 10x Max Cash-Out on that coupon, so this means you were only entitled to the $500 withdrawal.
