Winnings not paid, account revoked


I won over 7500 in Cool Cat back in December 2017 or January 2018. I submitted withdrawl requests for $5000. Over and over again, it kept getting delayed for one reason or another until finally I got written approval via email. I kept calling, kept doing online chats, and they just kept escalating. It never helped. I tried to logon today to start yet another chat to see what the holdup was, and it said that I was not allowed to login, and to contact customer support. So I called. Mind you, I had to call from a different phone than my own, cause when I did that, the recording told me no one was available to assist at this time. So I called and was told that my account was revoked, and that it was not reversible. When I asked why, they had no answer. When I asked about my winnings request, they told me to write an email to paymen­ts@­cas­ino­sup­por­tce­nte­r.com This is not fair! They took my deposits with no problem, and now they won't give me what I won! Nevermind that I spent the rest of my winnings waiting for my money! I am very upset and there has to be a way to make them pay. Please Please help!!!!

First, we've never received a 'reversed' charge back.

During the 2017/2018 time frame, you've made only three deposits: $75, $50 and $50. Of those three deposits, two were charged back ($75 & $50). The deposit in which you built up the funds for your withdrawal was charged back--we've never received a dime on that deposit. In fact, between the two deposits you've charged back, the casino had to pay our processor the cost of the deposits as well as $150 in fees ($75 for each charge back).

The casino is standing firm on this. Your account will not be re-activated and the funds have been voided. AskGamblers has been sent all evidence to confirm what it is that I've stated.

AskGamblers Complaints Team have just extended the response time frame with another 96 hours hoping that Cool Cat Casino management will soon jump in with an update on this complaint.

This is issue is not resolved. When I had to submit my information to cool cat, they asked for 3 credit cards that had used over the years. I have spent way more in that casino than the issue with the chargebacks presents. This is not fair that cool cat can make mistakes, and hold things up, and not notify you if there is a problem. I legitimately won that money, I spent way more than the issue that they are saying they will not pay me for.
This is something that could have been corrected, but they never contacted me after I straightened it out with someone from the casino. They led me to believe that I was getting my payout, and told me that in chats with their live help. Instead, the pretended that they did not know why I was not getting paid, and kept escalating my requests .. Seriously. Just pay out the winnings!!!

Payment being delayed repeatedly
I requested a $2,000 withdrawal on April 6th with coindraw. During that week prior, I had spent nearly one thousand dollars at this casino. I had recently become a v I p member and for reasons not disclosed, one day before the deadline of them approving my withdrawal, they deducted my vip status. They then made me cancel my first withdrawal.Because coin draw is not available to those who are not vip. So I canceled my withdrawal and requested it again on april tenth in the amount of seventeen hundred dollars. After the deadline of 10 days had come and gone without payment, I contacted the representatives and had this issue Escalated. After another ten day deadline, it had still not been paid so they requested another escalation. They told me they had 24 to seventy two hours and that this issue would be resolved.However the seventy two hours had come and gone without resolution, and I contacted them yet again. This time, the response was, they would respond to me by friday. And then sent an email telling me that it would be another 7 to ten days and that it was being reviewed. Mind you this withdrawal had already been reviewed and approved after the first escalation had come and gone.

I have try to contact people in chat and I keep getting the same runaround answers. They keep telling me they escalated it. I'm highlighted for the soonest payment. And I was supposed to be paid in the next batch of payments yet now I find myself waiting for another review and another 7 to ten days, in which case they'll just make me escalate it again and wait another 24 to 76 hours.

I sincerely just would like the amount approved Initially over a month ago but thus far have been refused help and refused connect me to a supervisor or anybody else in the payment division
