Few months back I was playing on william hill vegas online on and was having problem with the game" roulette" , I told william hill about that I am getting this problem they asked me to provide a proof and as I lost during that session so they asked me to deposit again and play. So I deposited again and played and this time I was having the same problem, So I took screen shots and provide them the proof but except of that they just said that there was no technical errors. So I lost quite a big amount at that time. But I wasn't able to do anything. But yesterday I was winning again and the same problem again happened to me and after making more than £2200, the machine just started that thing again and I lost more than 2200 plus £535 reversal withdrawl. One thing here mentionable is that when I play their casino directly most of the time I am not able to play their games because they says that "incorrect username or password entered. Verify your account information and try again".
