So i registered and played at Williamhill casino .On the 11th of the current monthy after playing in their download casino and claiming a bonus a made a reasonable win of 1630 euros. I proceeded to withdraw and then send my documents after they requested them . Later on the casino payed my original deposit to my neteller account and closed my account without any notification . So after contacting them i was told my account was closed and my winnings where confiscated.After i confronted them about it they told me i violated a term of the bonus. What term they have yet to tell me and every email i send them pretty much has gotten a reply that is very vague, they dont tell me anything other than that i have violated a term , what term and how i violated apparently is information i am not allowed to know. and very final , they just tell me it is within their right to do so.
