I opened account on William hill from August 2, 2018. My account was fully verified from August 6. I played blackjack every day until August 30, because they asked a proof of income. I sent proof of income on the next day (August 31). I didn't receive any email from William hill about verification my proof of income. William hill said me that they investigate my account every time when I asked about it. No ask additional documents, no ask anything and they don't return my money (€21874), because "investigation is not complete". I wait more than 2.5 months.
