Withdrawal stuck in processing
I requested a withdrawal of 200 EUR on 19 May 2026.
The withdrawal was cancelled and the funds were returned to my account.
I then requested a new withdrawal on 22 May 2026, which is still in “processing” and has not been completed.
I contacted support and the VIP manager several times, but I only receive generic replies without any clear update or solution.
The funds have not been received in my bank account and the withdrawal is still pending.
I request assistance to resolve this issue or to process the withdrawal as soon as possible.
