Withdrawal stuck in processing

I requested a withdrawal of 200 EUR on 19 May 2026.
The withdrawal was cancelled and the funds were returned to my account.

I then requested a new withdrawal on 22 May 2026, which is still in “processing” and has not been completed.

I contacted support and the VIP manager several times, but I only receive generic replies without any clear update or solution.

The funds have not been received in my bank account and the withdrawal is still pending.

I request assistance to resolve this issue or to process the withdrawal as soon as possible.

We have investigated your transaction history and would like to clarify the status of your requests. Your withdrawal request from May 19th was unfortunately declined by the payment provider. Please note that these providers act as third-party intermediaries, and we have no direct influence over their internal systems or processing decisions.

Regarding your subsequent request, we do not see a withdrawal registered on May 22nd. Instead, our system shows a pending request submitted on May 24th.

We are currently working on processing this May 24th request with high priority. However, if this transaction should happen to be rejected by the provider again, we highly recommend selecting an alternative payment method for your next attempt, such as a standard Bank Transfer.
