It has been about a month since my withdrawal from Wildsino.
I always follow up with them, but they always say that they will process. But till now still pending.
And they block my withdrawal.
I have a 28,268.62 remaining balance.
I chatted with them to unblock, but they did not.

We would like to inform you that the account has been closed based on an administrative decision, in accordance with Section 3.9 of our Terms and Conditions: "We reserve the right to deny opening of an account or close an existing account without prior notice or justification."
However, we are pleased to confirm that the payout of the remaining balance is currently in progress. We would like to thank the customer for their cooperation in providing the details of their chosen payment method.
