Winnings from July 17 still not paid out

On July 17, 2025, I won a significant amount at Wildsino Casino. Since that date, my withdrawal has been constantly marked as “under review”, and no payment has been made to my account.
I have contacted the casino’s customer support multiple times, but I only receive template responses without any clear explanation or resolution. No progress has been made regarding my withdrawal.
This situation has caused me great frustration and disappointment. I kindly request that this matter be reviewed and that the casino provides a clear update on when I can expect my winnings to be paid out.
