Waiting for weeks

Submitted 3 requests for the max of $750.00 each on May 9th using the same method used for deposits. All 3 were either declined or cancelled. I tried several times but got the same results. Then I tried using my MyFinity account during the time period from May10 - May17. Finally on May 17, I received one of my withdrawls for $750.00. I sent a message almost every single day asking for my $1500, which still sits in my account. They just said it was being looked into and for me to be patient. They are marked as PROCESSING. Today is business day 10 (no weekends or holidays) after my last request. Their stated timeframe is 3 business days. Can you please help me with this. If you need further information I will be happy to provide you with it. Thank you.
