Waiting over 6 days for my withdrawal to process and they just keep telling me it’s pending. Supposed to take 72 hours. They denied my first request without any notifications until I emailed for the update. I played my accumulated points in the meantime and they took it out of my withdrawal amount leaving my available balance to withdrawal much less, So I resubmitted 4 days ago and still no update it is just pending. I have reached out everyday to check the status and they just tell me that it takes 72 hours?? I’m past the 72 hours and still no change in my withdrawal status

Hi Tashaorlob,

We see that your payout for $854 via Bitcoin was sent and confirmed in the Blockchain on April 14th, and that a notification email was sent to you that morning. Payouts are normally reviewed within 72 hours, however, this request was approved 83 hours after being submitted and we apologize for the delay.

In regard to your previous requests, if your balance falls below the amount of the withdrawal during the review period, it’ll be canceled and you’ll be notified via an email and a message sent to your Slots account. We see that these notifications were sent to you, however, if you didn’t see them, we can understand the frustration that would cause.
