I used to play a lot at Crazy Luck Casino, I had some good winnings paid and I really liked this casino and how I was supported. I had a new winning in January the 22nd and from that day the calvary started: I won 412€ and still wait to be paid. From the support (I used to chat and talk with "Marco") told me to reverse the winning, make a new deposit using a new promotion to play and request the winning again and so I did it. Meantime I had a new winning of another 412€ and requested it with the other one, so now winning is 824€! From the support told me again to reverse and make e a new deposit, but I noticed that rom the history of the transactions it is written I requested my winning on the 18th of May four times but I think it is not correct, for sure I made five reverses without receiveing my payments. Yesterday 19th of June told me again to reverse, make another new deposit for a big promotion, request money again so today they will finally process it. Same story, anyway I didn't do it just because actually I can't make a new deposit. I tried again and again to ask for informations (missing documents or else) but I had no answers. I don't know what to do more.
