Waiting over a month for my money


I had an approved withdrawal on b- bets of 4150 euros since 9th of November. But until now I have not received my money. I have done all the things they want me to do. My account is fully verified and already sent the new bank statement that they needed again. They also informed me that my money will be paid in installment which I think is unfair for players. Upon withdrawal, they even declined it at first because I have not deposited for 90 days which I find ridiculous. But because they said that it is in their terms and condition, I still obeyed as a good customer. I provided all the documents needed and patiently waited. However, I think it is a bit too much delayed now that is why I am doing this complain against them. I hope they can read this and make necessary actions.
