Hi, I've now been waiting 12 days for my first withdrawal request, have sent all documents that they asked for, tried contacting them multiple times but livechat is not active and they rarely answer emails. Got a reply saying they need a little more time a couple of says ago but that really does not say me anything, wondering if we can work something out here.
