Wagonbet Casino has been inactive for over 3 months, at first they responded to my messages, but the website has been inactive for about a month and when I write to them by e-mail, they do not respond to my messages.

I would like not to withdraw my funds if the casino no longer intends to continue its operations.

I am asking you for help in this matter.

Very long delay in payment

A week ago I submitted a claim to win. The account is confirmed, all required documents have been sent and confirmed. Almost a week has passed and the money has not been paid. Rule 8.14 is completely violated.

8.14. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 business hours from the moment the application is submitted and if the account verification has been completed.

Today, when you open the casino website, a message pops up stating that

Delayed payment of 1151 euros

Hello everyone,

I am writing about delays in withdrawal from the casino, they were ordered on 25.07.2023 (500 euros) and on 27.07.2023 (651 euros)
to date I have not received any money my account is verified and I have successfully requested withdrawals in the past.
I have contacted the casino many times about this, but each time I receive an answer without specifics (no information from the financial department, wait in the queue for processing)

Withdrawal pending for 7 days without response from customer service

Dear Askgamblers and Wagonbet!

I initiated a withdrawal to my BTC wallet, in the amount of 485 EUR on 13.07.2023 08:43:29, which I have not received yet.

Withdrawal code: 110652938

The website's terms and conditions page promises to handle withdrawals within 24 hours, which is clearly not happening.

I have not used any bonuses and my ID documents are approved.

I tried contacting the support of the page through email multiple times, but have not received any response. (I am getting promotional emails though.)

The main goal of this complaint is to finally make Wagonbet pay out my funds.

Hi, I've now been waiting 12 days for my first withdrawal request, have sent all documents that they asked for, tried contacting them multiple times but livechat is not active and they rarely answer emails. Hello.I have a problem with this site and I would like to ask if askgamblers can help me resolve this with the casino.I have submitted my payment request on 30th may and I have not received it until now.They won’t respond to my messages and live chat is rarely online and if it is they give me generic answers that I can expect my payment soon.I hope wagonbet will pay me, but having to wait for such a long time for 500 euros is very disappointing!
