Very long delay in payment
A week ago I submitted a claim to win. The account is confirmed, all required documents have been sent and confirmed. Almost a week has passed and the money has not been paid. Rule 8.14 is completely violated.
8.14. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 business hours from the moment the application is submitted and if the account verification has been completed.

Their chat does not work and technical support does not respond by email. It is not clear what happened to my payment and what its status is. And will this casino even start working (no deadlines are specified) and how to contact them.
