VoodooDreams Casino - Waited over three weeks for my withdrawal

I played through a first deposit bonus on Voodoodreams for about three weeks ago from now and requested a payout the same day (38,738 SEK). After one week I got a sms that said: Your withdrawal for 38783 SEK with Trustly has been cancelled, please see the email with info we sent you. At the same time as I got that SMS my account was blocked. One week later I got an email and they wanted me to verify my account. I sent them all the documents and have now been waiting since Tuesday 11 september. I read the Terms and conditions before I played and I´m sure that I´ve done nothing wrong but none the less, they just keep on telling me to wait and that the account should be under some kind of investigation and refuse to send me the money.
All communication with them has been in Swedish so far. If needed I will post it.
Please help!
