hello i made a deposit on voodoo dreams casino on july 8 2020 and withdrew 2205... i submitted my documents and wait quite a few days for an answer...
- i then went to chat and they told me youve been approved and to wait for a withdrawl
-i send an email saying 'hey ive been approved when will i receive my funds'
- i get a reply the next day that says youre not verified and need to send a more clear picture of your proof of address
-i upload the new clearer picture on july 16th
-i emailed back on 21 saying has it been approved
-i receive an email back saying "Rest assured that your verification is still being reviewed and you will be duly notified when there is any updates."
its been 6 days to verify a document ???
is it because im a woman and theyre trying to take advantage of me? i dont know
im old enough to know when someone is giving me the run around ... i hope you can all help me out with this
