VoodooDreams Casino - Doesn't pay out winnings

About 2,5-3 months ago i played on voododreams casino and won 8314 SEK. I made an withdrawl, about 2 weeks after the withdrawl i tried to log on, but my account was locked. I then contacted the support, and they then told me to send in documents for verification, so i did. About a week later, and i still havent heard anything, i contacted the support again. They then told me that the security department was looking at my account. "it should go fast and asked med to wait a bit."
About two weeks later, and i still havent heard from them, i contacted the support again. Same reply all over again. "Just wait, the security department is looking over your account"
They have given me the same reply now 6 times for a period of almost 3 months. And i wonder, will they ever pay out my winnings?

This complaint has been reopened as per VoodooDreams Casino request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.
