I opened an account with VoodooDreams casino on November 17, 2020, deposited £2000, played for a while, was lucky enough to get my balance to £10,000, and requested to withdraw the balance (2 x £5,000, as there is a limit of £5,000 per request). The requests sat in "awaiting approval" for three days. Upon attempting to login, I was presented with a message stating "Your account is blocked" I subsequently received an email saying my account needed to be verified, so I sent in the requested ID docs, etc. I was then say asked to do a source of wealth questionnaire and provide documents to support my deposit, which I have done (I don't know why these checks are requested on withdrawal stage request, not deposit). However, all the documentation they have requested has been provided and I'm still waiting. I've been on live chat many times to be told, "Thank you for your patience but the relevant department is busy and will get back to you ASAP".
It's now been 17 days since I requested the withdrawals.

Voodoo Dreams have sent me confirmation today 08/12/2020 stating my withdrawals have been approved and processed. I would like to keep the complaint open until I have received the funds.
