VoodooDreams Casino - Issues with a withdrawal

On the 23rd of April they approved a withdrawal of $280 it is now the 3rd of may and payment has not been recieved nor can my bank trace it. Voodoo dreams have been rude about this and cant offer anything except to wait it out . I have received many payments off them and it has only taken 3 working days tops for me to receive my money . They provided me an arn number but my bank said they cannot track something like this
