Voltslot Claim they have processed the withdrawal to my skrill it has not been done
Voltslot has sent a 'Withdrawal Processed' confirmation email to me. It has not been processed.
The support seemed to get confused telling me to enter my my bank details before it could be processed. After 6 emails back and forwards they conceded this wasn't needed.
The casino still doesn't seem to understand that if the withdrawal was processed (As their email states) it would be in my skrill. But it is still showing as in my Voltslot account.
Help is needed to mediate from Askgamblers as there seems to be mass confusion on Volt Slots part.
Amount is €390
