Withdrawal pending for a long time


I have three pending withdrawals that are overdue. The terms and conditions of the casino state that withdrawals are processed within 3 business days. That time has passed for all three withdrawals. I have enquired repeatedly but it is evidently clear that the agents are just giving me scripted answers. My first withdrawal request was made on October 29th, the second on October 30th, the third on October the 31st. This means that it is now the 6th business day since my first request and the 4 business day since my last request. As for verification, in this casino you only submit verification documents if they ask for it and they have not done so. I have attached screenshots of chats with agents. The total amount in dispute is €1500, comprised of three €500 withdrawals. The withdrawal method used in all the transactions is cryptocurrency. What is also frustrating is the fact that I still have a balance of €2000 that I want to withdraw but can't until these three withdrawal requests are processed. So please help me with this. I really can't wait any longer.

You have been saying that for days now. For days, agents have said that the issue has been "sped up" or "escalated" and that there would be a resolution or update "soon". Yet nothing has happened. So please resolve this issue. I have waited for an unacceptably long time.

VikinkLuck Casino - Withdrawals late yet again

I’m having repeated problems with delayed withdrawals at VikingLuck.

Last week, my withdrawals were severely delayed beyond the time stated in their terms and conditions. Support agents kept asking me to “be patient” and said they were working on making sure this did not happen again. After I filed a complaint here on AskGamblers, those withdrawals were finally paid within 24 hours.

Now, one week later, I am in the same situation.

I currently have three pending withdrawals of €500 each (€1,500 total), which is the maximum number of concurrent pending withdrawals allowed on the site. According to VikingLuck’s own terms and conditions, withdrawals should be processed within 3 business days from the next working day after the request.

My oldest pending withdrawal is from 7 November 2025, with additional €500 requests on 8 and 9 November 2025. This means the 3-business-day timeframe elapsed on 12 November 2025. Despite this, all three withdrawals are still pending.

I contacted live chat multiple times on 12 November to check whether my withdrawals were on track to be processed within the stated timeframe. Each time, I received only stock responses such as “final stage”, “processing”, “any moment now”, and “please be patient”, but no confirmation of Approved status, no concrete timeframe, and no transaction IDs.

Nothing has changed on my side since the previous batch of withdrawals was paid last week:

I have not taken any new bonuses or promotions.

I have only placed normal wagers.

My account has not been flagged for KYC: on this site, you can only submit KYC documents if they request them, and I have attached a screenshot of the verification tab (taken today) showing that verification has not been required. Verification was also not requested when they processed my withdrawals after my previous complaint last week.

I am concerned that my withdrawals are repeatedly being delayed beyond the stated 3-business-day period, and that this is now a pattern rather than an isolated incident. One support agent even told me to email support to get a timeframe, even though the support email is handled by the same frontline staff who gave me generic chat replies. I have attached a screenshot of that exchange.

What I am asking for:

That VikingLuck honours its own stated withdrawal timeframe and processes the three pending withdrawals of €500 each (€1,500 total) without further delay.

For context, there is an additional €1,500 currently in my account balance. My intention is to withdraw this as soon as the current €1,500 has been paid, and then stop using this casino altogether, as the repeated delays are unacceptable.
