Withdrawal delayed for 7 business days
submitted two bank withdrawal requests with VikingLuck Casino:
– 200,000 HUF
– 100,000 HUF
As of today, both withdrawals have been under “verification / review” status for 8 business days.
I have fully completed the KYC verification process. All required documents were submitted and previously approved.
The casino support has been unable to provide any estimated processing time and only responds with generic messages.
I have not received any clear or transparent information regarding when my withdrawals will be approved or paid.
I believe that an 6-7-business-day delay for bank withdrawals without proper explanation is unreasonable.
I am kindly requesting AskGamblers’ assistance to help resolve this issue and ensure that my funds are paid
