Unfortunally i am trying to receive my cashout since the 14th of March, the total sum is 4000€.
I have been waiting for 3 months.
I already sent all verification documents via Email and through the website. The casino has still not verified my account.
I am not getting any valid support through live chat or email.
Why does this take so long?
I hope you can help me sort this out.
