I have been playing at Videoslots casinos for 1 month now and everything was going great. My account is fully verified as seen on the screenshot. Every time I deposit money I have had no problems. All withdrawals were done within minutes and I was extremely happy with the service. 4 days ago (05.12.21) I deposited £700 as normal and it went through perfectly. I then won £53 extra and went to withdrawal £753, I noticed after 1 hour I didn’t receive the payment so I waited till the next day.
I went into the live chat and asked what’s happening they told me its a routine check so I waited another day and still nothing. I went into the chat again and demanded to speak to the payment team and they said everything went through them and it wasn’t possible.
After 4 days speaking to them everyday with no new news, on 09.12.21 I messaged them again the person was telling me its not possible to give a timeframe, this happened each time I messaged them.
We've received your reply last week, with some of the requested documents, which are still being processed.
