Hi more then 3 weeks videoslots.com can let me to use my funds and hold them in website without reason.

3 weeks ago ask me for source of wealth check and I send all statements and documents to proved.

For more then 10 days no one replay tp confirm them or to ask me for more information if they need.

Still my account in locked and cant withdraw my £3500 which they hold for more then 3 weeks.

Hi Team Videoslots,

I was reply to you with my full details and still no answer why this take so long and when you sort out this asap.

And what you mean to speed up already is going over 4 weeks this SoW check when i send to you all required documents.
I dont get it how its take that long time to check 12 bank statments ans to confirm all is fine.

If you can approve my documents this 1-2 days im agree to close my account with you and withdraw my funds.

This cant be acceptable to hold people funds for this time.When im not doing anything wrong end of the day you have to pay out my funds or you think to keep it for you!?

Hi,

After 4 weeks of nightmare with videoslots team finaly they refund my funds to my bank account.

And after all this they close my account due bad attitude from my way.

😃😃😃

Dont use this website anytime someone can wakeup with bad mood and drop on your head mess.
