Withdrawal pending for 11 days

Hi, I signed up for Vibebet and had my documents verified right away. I’ve had a €4,395 withdrawal pending since Monday, July 27th; the site guaranteed that my withdrawal would be processed within 48 hours, yet here I am—264 hours (or 11 days) later. I’m significantly in profit on this site, and I get the feeling they simply don’t want to pay me. While I was waiting for the withdrawal, the site kept asking for additional verification—all of which I completed—but now it’s impossible to get any updates. I’ve sent 25 emails with zero replies, and the only option is that damn live chat staffed by incompetent agents. There’s been absolutely no progress on my case; they tell me to submit documents within 15 minutes, I do exactly what’s required, but it’s always the same story. Apparently, I just have to keep waiting—maybe they want to make me wait a year or two.
