Payment not paid for more than 2 weeks

I have a withdrawal pending since May 7th. Every withdrawal I attempt is cancelled after 2 to 3 days. Today marks 12 days since my request has been validated. Either it's cancelled without reason, or I'm told the payment method is unsuccessful. I've tried three different payment methods, all rejected. I'm out of options
