Hello,

I would first like to say I have had 0 issues with this bookmaker. Have bet a lot on sports and casino a little. Fully verified, although they only let you withdraw via bank transfer but I am depositing with crypto. That is very odd and against AML.

Had deposits and withdrawals no issue. Until now. My €300 withdrawal has been pending for 6 days. Chat doesn't respond if they are ever even on and email doesn't respond.

It was cash deposits on sports, they added some kind of bonus but I forefitted it (for casino I think). They've done this a few times but no issue as I always cancel and do no bonus conversion to winnings etc (There bonuses are non sticky so sometimes you don't see them added).

UPDATE TO THIS. See attached.

So apparently the issue is the withdrawal has to go back to crypto (as I deposited with crypto). However as the casino has been aware for the last 2 months there is a technical issue and I cannot withdraw to crypto (see the attached).

The casino has said it has been passed to the team to resolve but I have been told this for 2 months almost, which is why I had been told to withdraw to bank transfer and there had been no issue until now.

Complaint against Vibebet – Delayed €5,000 withdrawal

I am submitting this complaint regarding Vibebet because I have been waiting since 2 August 2026 for my €5,000 withdrawal to be processed.

My account verification has already been successfully completed, and I have provided all the documents requested by the casino. There are no outstanding verification requirements.

Despite my account being fully verified, my withdrawal has still not been approved or paid. Customer support continues to ask me to wait without providing a clear explanation or a realistic timeframe for when my withdrawal will be processed.

I respectfully request that Vibebet:

* Approve my pending €5,000 withdrawal without any further unnecessary delay.
* Process the payment as soon as possible.
* Provide a clear explanation if there is any remaining issue preventing the withdrawal from being completed.

Withdrawal pending for 11 days

Hi, I signed up for Vibebet and had my documents verified right away. I’ve had a €4,395 withdrawal pending since Monday, July 27th; the site guaranteed that my withdrawal would be processed within 48 hours, yet here I am—264 hours (or 11 days) later. I’m significantly in profit on this site, and I get the feeling they simply don’t want to pay me. While I was waiting for the withdrawal, the site kept asking for additional verification—all of which I completed—but now it’s impossible to get any updates. I’ve sent 25 emails with zero replies, and the only option is that damn live chat staffed by incompetent agents. There’s been absolutely no progress on my case; they tell me to submit documents within 15 minutes, I do exactly what’s required, but it’s always the same story. Apparently, I just have to keep waiting—maybe they want to make me wait a year or two.

Hello, I made a €10 deposit without a bonus and it grew to €1500. When I tried to withdraw it, I used the same withdrawal method as for the deposit (by card) on July 27th. On August 3rd, it was cancelled because it failed for no apparent reason. Since then, I've been getting the runaround! So I'm asking for your help. Unable to withdraw for a month due to crypto withdrawal not working

I've been unable to withdraw for over a month from this casino.

Their withdrawal to crypto simply doesn't work. See the attached. I have raised it on chat numerous times and on email. I am quite literally getting copy and paste responses of 'It has been passed to the team, we will get back to you with updates' blah blah. It's been a month, the same copy and paste responses are forthcoming and often you never hear back on email.

I'm at a complete loss as there are other methods on the site for withdrawal (e.g bank transfer, which I have verified) but the site says I have to withdraw back to crypto, which is convieniant given the fact crypto does not work.

I have a withdrawal pending since May 7th. Every withdrawal I attempt is cancelled after 2 to 3 days. Today marks 12 days since my request has been validated.
