Unable to withdraw for a month due to crypto withdrawal not working

I've been unable to withdraw for over a month from this casino.

Their withdrawal to crypto simply doesn't work. See the attached. I have raised it on chat numerous times and on email. I am quite literally getting copy and paste responses of 'It has been passed to the team, we will get back to you with updates' blah blah. It's been a month, the same copy and paste responses are forthcoming and often you never hear back on email.

I'm at a complete loss as there are other methods on the site for withdrawal (e.g bank transfer, which I have verified) but the site says I have to withdraw back to crypto, which is convieniant given the fact crypto does not work.

Please help!

They have been informed of this on their chat (which is copy and paste) they are not interested in replying. Like other players who have submitted complaints you can see they are not processing withdrawals or fixing the crypto issue.

This is the same for all casinos in the HNA Gaming BV group (Shinywilds, Vibebet, Simsinos, Wunderwins)
