Last week I made a withdrawal for $100. It clearly shows in their terms there is a 48hour pending period for the payment to be processed. I have been on live chat multiple times throughout the week asking for the status of the payment only to be told today it can take up to 2-3 weeks for it to be processed.. 2 days ago they asked to ring me to clarify my address, date of birth and full name and we ended up verifying it over live chat which was good. Then today when I asked them to check the status of my withdrawal they asked again to ring me to clarify the same details, I can't see any reason why they want this information after I've verified my account using bank statements and passports etc.
